L’EDLS est amenée à réaliser divers projets dans le cadre de ses projets pédagogiques et éducatifs. Durant ces activités (cours, stages, présentation des travaux, cours ouverts et spectacle), des prises de vue (photos et/ou vidéos) peuvent être réalisées par les enseignants. Celles- ci illustrent la vie de l’école.
Les prises de vue réalisées à ces occasions peuvent être visibles dans le cadre de notre communication sur notre site et sur notre page Facebook.
L’EDLS est particulièrement attentive au respect de la personne de chaque enfant au travers de la diffusion de son image : les enfants qui apparaissent sur les prises de vue (photos et/ou vidéos), le plus souvent en compagnie d’autres jeunes, ne sont pas nommés. Ils ne sont donc identifiables que par des personnes proches.
Vous disposez à l’égard des photos/vidéos de votre enfant des mêmes droits que ceux que vous pouvez exercer pour les données personnelles.
L’utilisation de ces photos/vidéos échappe à tout intérêt commercial et n’est liée à aucun apport de type publicitaire.
Soucieuse de respecter les législations belges et européennes relatives à la protection des données personnelles, notre école ne peut toutefois publier une photo/vidéo de votre enfant mineur sans obtenir votre accord.
À défaut de consentement de votre part, aucune photo/vidéo de votre enfant ne pourra être publiée. Dans d’éventuelles photos de groupe, nous veillerons à ce qu’il ne puisse être identifié (visage flouté, vue de dos, etc.).
